One of the more hidden areas that I enjoy in Bucharest is Street Nicolae Golescu, situated behind the Romanian Athenaeum.
What i like:
Priority for the sidewalk design by narrowing the roadway.
Continuity of the building front which creates a good sense of orientation and protection.
The coffeshops
Urban design elements like the bollards and vegetation.
Overal cosiness.
